Hi, I'm Miss Clarissa!
As a passionate educator, performer, and mother of three, I am deeply committed to nurturing creativity and confidence in young children through the performing arts. With over a decade of teaching experience and more than 20 years as a performer, I look forward to bringing my heart, skills, and experience to Jefferson County.
Music and theatre have been a therapeutic part of my life since childhood. I’ve enjoyed singing solos at various community events and competitions. Songwriting, recording, and editing music are additional personal creative outlets for me. A couple of my favorite roles as a stage actor include “Eve” in Children of Eden and “Sister Mary Robert” in Sister Act. These opportunities not only helped me grow as a performer, but also shaped my desire to help children discover that same joy I have felt through the arts.
NEW WORKSHOPS
A joyful ensemble singing experience where students learn healthy vocal technique, 2-part harmony, and performance skills. Through group repertoire and collaborative music-making, students grow in confidence, musicality, and teamwork. Each 4-week session will end with a mini showcase for families.
A structured class where students train in singing, acting, and dance while learning to tell stories through song. Creative drama games and improv-based warmups build confi dence, imagination, and stage presence. Each 4-week session develops foundational performance skills and culminates in a mini showcase for families in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

She has wonderful stories, songs, and activities at her themed events and we often sing her “goodbye song” at home.
