Classes

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Just log into your account to make any changes, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!

Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund.

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that Miss Clarissa must cancel due to illness, emergency, or schedule conflict, all participants will be issued a class credit valid for any future session.

Inclement Weather: Classes may be canceled for hazardous weather conditions. When this occurs, participants will receive a class credit to reschedule.

Participant Weather Absences: If a participant is unable to attend due to unsafe driving conditions in their area, a class credit will be granted upon notification.

Private Lessons

1. Missed Lessons / Short-Notice Cancellations

• 24-hour notice is required if a student must miss a lesson.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of illness or emergency at Miss Clarissa's discretion.

• If Miss Clarissa must cancel a lesson, a make-up or credit will always be provided.

2. Withdrawal from Lessons

• Students may discontinue lessons at any time with at least 1 week’s notice before the next scheduled lesson.

• If lessons are discontinued mid-month, any unused prepaid lessons will be refunded.

3. Payment Policy Reminder

• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month and reserves your weekly lesson time.

• An invoice will be emailed 1 week prior to due date.
